We were two young sisters staying for a few nights. The reception was very nice, check in/out was smooth and quick. They gave all the needed amenities including robe and slippers. They let us leave our bags in reception before out check in. The location was very good, near transport links and Ameyoko/Ueno areas with tourist things to do within walking distance. Near convenience shops was also useful. We felt safe walking back to it at night and ig wasn’t a very busy area. We did hear some noises of people partying outside but it didnt affect our stay. We loved the interior style, although the rooms were quite small (we had a twin room and there wasnt much walking space in room). The rooftop was also not in use due to construction nearby which was a shame. They did have a smoking area which was a plus for us. We received a complaint call from reception because we were too loud because we were talking to our mum on the phone. But they were polite, I think it’s just due to the walls being thin and it being a small hotel.

The room was fantastic. Spacious, very clean, comfortable and all the amenities we could need. The beds were comfortable, the heating was great, the water pressure in the shower was also very good and a real relief after flying all day to get there. The staff were also fantastic, they were so helpful and accommodating about our check in and check out and the process couldn’t have been easier for us. The neighbourhood is also very good- it’s quiet and I think quite residential, but there are training stations connecting to all parts of the city very closeby. Lots of konbinis and restaurants around too, and walking distance from Takeya which is a great supermarket and Daiso on the top floor. Can’t fault this hotel and want to go back already. Thank you!

Nice shower Fast Wi-Fi Staff was nice Interesting looking and well lit room and hotel's interior Roof top bath is literally the cherry on the top, I loved it. Relatively close to Akihabara, for those who care. Forgot necklace when I checked out, notified them about it that day, 5 days later got text they found it and to tell them the address where to send it. I was still in Tokyo, just different part of it, so I just came to pick it up. Thank you!

The location is perfect, itʻs about 10 minutes from the train station and in a nice neighborhood. Easy to access Ameyoko for food and shopping, very easy to access the old Tsukiji fish market and many other attractions in Tokyo. The room was exactly what we needed and the tub, oh my goodness, felt glorious. We appreciated the free umbrellas that we could use for the day and the amazingly friendly staff.

The hotel gave elegant and modern vibes which made the stay very comfortable . Definitely no more than 2 people because the room is pretty compact. Luckily the bed has luggage storage underneath which saved up on some space . If you’re mainly out and about then this property is really convenient and has all the amenities you need
